| An asphalt base, clay emulsion which produces a tight film that gives strength and excellent resistance to water. This coating has a semi-paste consistency which is easily brushed or sprayed. The applied film is a so-called "breather" type which permits water vapor to escape while remaining resistant to water. This characteristic helps prevent blistering of the applied coating and recommends its use in all areas subject to severe moisture conditions and where water is temporarily expected to puddle, such as low drains or valleys. May be applied over damp surfaces. | |
