This primer has excellent adhesion and is suitable for use over concrete, wood, built-up roofs, exposed or dry felts and weathered metal roofing. It is economical to use. The primer also resaturates and prolongs the life of dried out roofing felts. Do not use on tar-based roofs. Meets ASTM specification D-41. | |
